Seventh Consecutive Year of Certification Highlights Information Security Leadership
The company first achieved ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2019. With the adoption of the 2022 version of the ISO 27001 standard, EXTEND demonstrates that it meets the requirements for having modern security controls, designed for advances in technology and information security practices, in place to address evolving cyber threats. By successfully completing the certification audit performed by Performance Review Institute (PRI) Certification, EXTEND maintains its ISO 27001 certification for the seventh consecutive year.

What is ISO/IEC 27001?
Published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), ISO 27001 is a standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It certifies that an organization upholds a strong ISMS, supporting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information for itself and its clients and stakeholders.
The latest version of the standard, ISO 27001:2022, includes new monitoring and management requirements. It also leverages 11 new controls designed to improve cyber defenses in alignment with technology and information security advancements.
